I’m Stephen Noble—educator, coach, strategist, and founder of GreyMatters Education and Noble Education LATAM.

For more than 24 years, I have worked at the intersection of education, human development, and performance, helping students and families navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. Across classrooms, coaching sessions, and mentoring relationships—including extensive leadership experience at schools such as Bromsgrove School UK and St.Paul’s School BR—I have developed a deep understanding of what enables young people not just to achieve, but to truly thrive.

In the last few years I have worked with pupils and families to create effective education pathways, through the worlds leading education institutions within the UK.

GreyMatters Education was created to complement great schools: adding a deeper layer of personalised guidance, mentorship, and strategic support that helps students and families make better decisions and unlock their full potential.
