Getting to know your family is the first important step to creating a pathway of success for your child. We aim to meet you where you are at and develop a strategy that works for you.
Step 1: Learning about you
We meet with you and your child/young adult to understand their personal and educational goals. We assess their current provision and needs and develop an Individual Academic Plan. We also identify personal obstacles to success to create a bespoke Personal Success Management Plan.
Step 2: Creating your Child’s GreyMatters Success Management Team
We introduce you to the most appropriate Educational Professionals to support each aspect of your child’s Journey. All will be assigned an Elite Performance Mentor, who will oversee the provision to meet your child’s needs. They will help guide, and motivate your child, as well as hold them to account. However, at GreyMatters Education and Consultancy, we fundamentally believe that building confidence, self-esteem and personal wellbeing, are key to empowering children to achieve success; so this is often where the initial work is done.
A-Level, IB, GCSE & IGCSE Tutors
Our Academic Tutors currently teach or have taught in leading British Schools. They are experts in their fields and provide the 1on1 guidance and support that will elevate performance.
Developing Life and Academic Goals, as well as a personal vision for success.
Understanding the Psychology of Success is paramount, and our Neuro-Life Coaches will help you identify specific blocks to your progress, and help you to make changes to move forwards with strength.
We start at Identifying your Life Vision for each area of your life and then build a Mission Statement for you to live by.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
Having Strong Mental Health is essential for Elite Performance. Unfortunately, there are times in our life where certain events can throw us off course. Distress, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Low Self-Worth and Poor Self Confidence can be debilitating and impact personal happiness and therefore, performance.
